Henselite

Founded in 1918 by William D. Hensell in Melbourne, Henselite is a pioneer in the field of lawn bowls. The first rubber balls, developed in collaboration with Dunlop, and the subsequent introduction of hard plastic bowling balls in 1931, fundamentally changed the standards of the sport.

Each Henselite bowl is manufactured in its own factory in Melbourne using precision engineering technology, hand painted and individually tested for weight, bias and balance to ensure consistent performance. The range includes bowls themselves, accessories, clothing and the option of custom design, which has made Henselite popular worldwide.
